Here at By Nancy we make sure all our items are quality checked before shipping. All our orders are packed securely to ensure there will be no damage to your items during transit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please remember we know when your parcel has been delivered so if you let us know hours/days later you will not be eligible for a refund/replacement.
